Ozaara is the concept of a duo who had the vision to bring renowned wellness therapies from across the globe to their doorstep. As world travellers for over three decades, they were blessed to experience the diverse wellness traditions of exotic retreats in blissful natural landscapes.
Ozaara was conceptualised for the mind, body and soul — wellness as a way of life, a divine indulgence that should be part of everyone's daily life.

Yogita Salvi, CA
aka Alyzaa Merchant — Founder & CEO
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, practicing since 1997, Yogita Salvi brings together decades of experience across finance, enterprise and hospitality. She founded and led the Oxford Group of Companies across Africa and Asia, with turnovers exceeding USD 100 million across multiple sectors.
She has facilitated over USD 500 million in debt and equity project funding, established turnkey manufacturing projects for HNI investors across international markets, and owned and operated Plumeria Lake Resort, Kerala. Her experience across hospitality, fintech, RBI advisory and enterprise informs Ozaara's distinctly human understanding of luxury and wellbeing.
Jagdish Salgaonkar
PE (Civil Eng); PMP (USA) — Chairman
Jagdish Salgaonkar (MS Civil Engg; MBA), a registered professional engineer (PE) and project management professional (PMP) in the USA brings over four decades of experience in infrastructure development. As former Senior Vice President at AECOM and Managing Director of Jacobs India, he has managed programs valued at over USD 100 billion, spanning smart cities, airports and major infrastructure.
His portfolio spans some of the most complex infrastructure programmes across India and internationally, including Dholera SIR, Mumbai International Airport Terminal 2, London Thames River Tunnels, Masdar City Abu Dhabi and the Orange County Wastewater Recycling Program, USA.
At Ozaara, his experience finds a new scale, shaping an inclusive 360° community where every element, from nature and wellness to accessibility and design, works together as one.
